What`s the difference??

Please clarify me!!

Based on the respect their Peoples deserve to those men, based on the patriotic and example values they have offered to their Peoples, besed on the influence they show and influe to their countries, please tell me, if you are able, what´s the difference between these two Memorials (and men)?
