Assuming that we are accustomed watching the media stalking, prying and policing our private lives at any time, everywhere and anywhere, without modesty or ethics, it is always relevant and good news when a Court finds a newspaper (or other media) guilty of defaming a person, an organization, an association or a even country!

Democracy is one thing!
