Massive anti-austerity strikes and protests swept across Europe as millions took to the streets to express their frustration over rising unemployment and dire economic prospects. Many rallies ended with violent clashes with police.

Probably through their own fault.
The suicide was the transference of their technological knowledge to areas of the planet, smarter than the arrogant Europeans behavours.
No, the answer is on the streets, will be on the streets in every big european cities!

And misery is so great that even the from the no help can come, given the problems that the USA will eventually be submerged in the next decades.
